Shipping policy

Your order will ship to addresses in the US and Canada within 2 to 5 business days.  They will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Free shipping can be applied for all orders over $75; use promo code FREESHIP.

If your package shows are delivered but is missing! If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but is now missing you will need to contact the USPS and open a missing package claim.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19, you may experience shipment delays on orders.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number upon completion of your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail, depending on your location.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states. Expanded and worldwide shipping will be offered soon; shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and please be aware that custom taxes may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes people change their mind. You will have up to 24 hours to cancel and order after you place one. Please contact help@chickchickslime.com.

Slimes are freshly made and are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We absolutely want you to be satisfied so please contact us if you have a problem with your order and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Slime can be affected by ambient room and/or shipping temperature. If your slime is too sticky please refer to the SLIME CARE GUIDE to bring it back to its original state of awesomeness. The slime can also be affected by the movement of the shipping process and may arrive mixed up and appear slightly different from the website picture.
